Returns Policy
Our Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind returns
Daiso offers an exchange for change of mind up to 30 days after the purchase date. If you wish to return the item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Daiso will offer you an exchange provided that:
- You return the item within 30 days of purchase;
- You produce an Original Receipt or Proof of Purchase at the time you return the item;
- The item is in re-saleable condition including that:
- It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals (if any) and all accessories
- It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition or original seal or original wrap is intact;
- Returns or Exchanges must be processed at the store of purchase.
If these requirements are not satisfied, Daiso reserves the right not to offer an exchange of product.
Daiso will not accept return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances:
- Cosmetics
- Fragrances
- Hosiery
- Under Garments
- Personal Care
- Food Items
Other Returns
Daiso will provide you with a Refund or Exchange where:
- The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
- The product does not match the sample or our description; and
You need to produce an Original Receipt or Proof of Purchase at the time you return the item. Refunds must be processed at the store of purchase.
Daiso reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse, abnormal use or abuse or neglect.
