Defect: The products are operated with button batteries. The button battery warning symbols
and information is not attached securely to the product
Hazard: Consumers may be unaware that the product uses a button battery and the risks
posed by button batteries.
If young children gain access to button batteries and ingest them, they are likely to suffer
severe internal burn injuries, which can result in serious injury or death.
Button batteries also pose a choking hazard to young children

Defect: The battery compartment may not be adequately secured allowing possible access to the button battery if the product is dropped on a hard surface.
